Marriage Ceremonies

Clackamas County Courthouse Has Moved

The Judges listed below will perform marriage ceremonies. Please click on their name below for more information.

In addition to any listed Judge's fees below, ORS 106.120(4)(a) provides that a $117.00 fee will be paid to the Circuit Court if the marriage is solemnized in Court facilities. The fee can be paid at the cashier’s window, which is located on the 1st floor Public Service Center.

You cannot obtain a marriage license at the courthouse. For information on how to get a marriage license, please visit,
